Do any of you all have any experience with Relora or Forskolin? I have a breastfeeding mom asking about them. I did some research and I am going to tell her "no" about the Forskolin as it is supposed to have a thermogenic effect on the body to increase burning of calories--which no breastfeeding mom should need or have. As for the Relora--it contains Magnolia officinalis and Phellodendron amurense--I am not sure about either of those--and they are not in my info that I have from Frank Nice, Pharm D with NIH.
Thanks in advance for your help!
