Make sure LC checks for milk transfer problems (I note another poster 
suggested tongue tie - was thinking same thing as well after my own 
experience).  Sure, something's going in, but it might not be enough for 
growth.  So look at reasons why there might be less going in - problems 
with tongue tie, mechanics of suck, probably a stack of other stuff that 
other people here can think of.
