My two cents would be to mention that parents really don't get to decide whether their kids will have certain feelings or not- so to want *NO* jelousy* may be something to discuss with the parents- not the child.   If they are thinking they can engineer such things they may have unrealistic expectations. Their job is to treat each child individually and meet their age appropriate needs.  Babies get a lot more attention than nine year olds.  That's something big sister will need to find out when the time comes- it may be hard for her to internalize in advance.
