Sounds like mega oversupply to me.  Possibly causing reflux in baby and baby 
has figured this out all by himself.  I would l try block feeding to reduce 
supply.  I'm sure she will have to express some in the un nursed breast for 
comfort during the block time.  Once supply and let down ease off baby may 
change his mind about nursing for comfort.  Pat in SNJ
