If I recall correctly, Linda Smith has a phenomenal handout that spells out what baby gets if they ..... breastfeed for just one day, breastfeed for just one week, breastfeed for just one month and so on. I considered the set of handouts very worth whatever they cost, but sadly no longer have access to them.
