The Public Health office I am housed out of also houses our Emergency Preparedness Division, so I asked them to look into it. They haven't seen anything yet, but said they would let me know if any new materials come out. They really appreciated the idea too, neither had thought about it before and asking them got their wheels turning!
They are very sweet to me and put a whole binder of available information together for me (in about an hour after I asked about this!). The main thing they found through FEMA was a PPT presentation by Dr. Diana D. Bienvenu of the LSU Health Sciences Center titled "Infant Feeding in Emergencies and Natural Disasters."
I will keep you informed if I come accross any more information.
