Good Evening Ladies,

I just wanted to share that Health Canada just put out a safety warning concerning the use of Domperidone.

"Recent epidemiological studies have shown that the use of domperidone may be associated with an increased risk of serious ventricular arrhythmias or sudden cardiac death, particularly in patients taking daily doses greater than 30mg, and in patients older than 60 years of age"

I was wondering what your thoughts were on this?  I know in Canada, it is seems very common to prescribe doses larger than 30mg daily....
