Coconut oil is high in caprylic acid and medium chain fatty acids..

Know this isn't an article from a peer reviewed journal but it does give a bit of information and there is quite a bit of information about caprylic acid on the internet as it has long been used as a natural and safe antifungal, though potent! (Moms in our LLL group swear by it)
