Lisa, I think your suggestion of a rental hospital-grade, double electric
pump is a good place to start! She's saving her family lots of money by
providing her babies with her milk -- a rental pump pays for itself fairly
quickly and it saves most MOT time as well. Even with double electric
personal pumps, we often get calls from mothers (having a single newborn)
of sudden big dips in production after 2-3 weeks of pumping only.

Other questions I have are - How often is she pumping in 24 hours and has
the number of pumping sessions decreased over the last couple of weeks? How
long does each pumping session take? What is her routine for pumping
sessions -- does she use hands-on techniques along with the single-sided
pump, e. g as per

Is there a reason this mom is exclusively pumping vs. breastfeeding, since
effectively breastfeeding babies are by far the best "pump"/milk removers
around! Is it that she prefers to pump exclusively or that babies were
early and/or had other health issues at birth and transitioning x2
babies to breast seems overwhelming?

Both taking 2.5 oz every 90 minutes around the clock seems like a lot of
food for one month olds (who may have been early)! Seems unusual that both
babies have the exact same feeding routine... Wondering when/how this MOT
even has time to express milk/pump, especially when doing single-sided,
serial pumping, while caring for twice the usual number of newborns?!? And
if others are feeding babies so she can pump often enough, when would she
have time to hold/cuddle babies and get to know each as the individual
he/she is?
