I know the chart you mean, as I put together and used one myself years ago.
I suggest you keep in mind my latest research, and question which weight
measurement you should use as baseline to calculate percentage of loss.

Our assumption that baseline should be birth weight is something I question.
When I described this work to someone recently, she said, "Ah, so birth
weight is wrong", and I assured, "No, birth weight is right - it is the
baby's weight at birth and mom gets credit for every ounce!!"
