Is anyone using the Zevex enteral feeding system in their NICU? I have concerns about the percentage of breast milk fat being delivered using a bag system versus a syringe system where the tip is pointing up to increase fat delivery.  I also have concern that it is recommended to rinse the bag after each feeding (q3h) and then reusing.  With a syringe system a new syringe is used every feeding. Does anyone have experience with this system that can provide some feedback?
