Does anybody have something put together with references on contraceptive options for lactating women?  Something succinct and all together in one small handout?  Maybe Tom Hale has done something like this that I haven't seen?  I know we try to go with something that can be discontinued easily if it has an adverse effect on milk supply, but otherwise what does the research tell us is effective while allowing mom to maintain her full milk supply?
