Hello wiseones

I have had an interesting query

If a mother has Hepatitis C, and her baby has a tongue tie release, would you recommended to continue breastfeeding or would you advice to stop until the baby's wound has healed
If the mother had a cracked and bleeding nipple, and the baby had a tongue tie release, would you also advice her to stop feeding until the wound had healed.

Many thanks for reading my email

Regards
