I've played with this bottle a couple times, but haven't "officially" studied it for flow yet.  In addition to the very long nipple length which I dislike for many babies (since many babies will be unable to reach the wider base), possibly the bigger flaw I see is that a good amount of milk collects in the nipple, even when a baby may rest, so when nutritive sucking resumes, the baby is delivered a VERY large bolus of milk...certainly not like breastfeeding, or other bottles for that matter.  I will post more after we test flow.
