a la Jack Newman, #5 fr. feeding tube... 18" is too short.. 36 works much better.. need the syringe to wash it out well after use.. important not to remove the end with the holes.. Have helped a few women supplement baby with this.. excellent device and inexpensive. This is a good video clip of how to insert (from Dr. Newman's website)..
