Not sure how this is homeopathic, as it contains oil or oregano, which should not be used during pregnancy. I tell moms to use saline and add some probiotics to the Neti pot. Colloidal silver is also fine and can work wonders. Homeopathic remedies would, of course, be safe.

Subject: homeopathic sinus cleanser
I have permission to post to ask if you have heard o this. I have a client
who was asking if she could use a homeopathic sinus cleanser whose main
ingredients are as follows: baptisia tinctoria (wild indigo), colloidal silver,
oil of oregano. She was told she could not use it during the pregnancy due to
the oil of oregano. Any comments?
