I agree.
It is simply the *flavour of the month* message which is going the rounds,
like the advice to eat *lactation cookies* to improve milk production.
It does not even begin to touch the cause of the problem.
A much better message would be,
"Be sure to talk to a lactation consultant whenever you have breastfeeding
questions or concerns. Here is a list of local IBCLCs who can help."
