I forgot to mention yesterday that I have had some success with mothers taking medicinal garlic which is efective against thrush and bacteria infections.  The following is the protocol.  

2-4 raw cloves are consumed per day.  Crush garlic and remove inner core.  Chop finely and let set for 15 minutes or take right away if preferred.  It can be mixed with anything that makes it palatable (do not heat) or even stuffed into gelatin capsules.  Some moms just toss it back like a pill.

Do not use medicinal garlic if mom is on any blood thinning product, or if mom has a clotting disorder, or will be having a surgical procedure.
