Judy,  I received it too.  Ethical-?  Legal - yes , Appears to be a 10% commission on sales?  Which you will have to claim on your taxes if its over $700/yr.  Customer gets 10% off their order.  First time I've heard of them.  I never get involved in that sort of thing -just another product pusher!
