Thanks, Karen, for this. I was pleased to see that breastfeeding is
recognised as reducing SIDS and encouraged however the pacifier
recommendation without reference to non breastfed babies confuses the
breastfeeding message and could negatively impact breastfeeding...

recommended.
   - Offer a pacifier<http://www.healthychildren.org/English/safety-prevention/at-home/Pages/Pacifier-Safety.aspx>at
nap time and bedtime.
