I wouldn't hire them if this video is an accurate indicator of their 
attention to detail! The tongue was retracted, ticking the lips side to 
side is a poor way to stimulate gape (we did that in the 80s!), the baby 
is miles away from the mom, the latch is awful and there's a gap in the 
corner of the baby's mouth, I could go on and on. The video is 
artistically pretty, but is so bad scientifically. Aaargh.
