The medication itself shouldn't be a problem, but it does induce violent
diarrhoea (the idea being to get the colon completely cleared out) and I
would have thought there was a risk her milk supply may dip, especially
as I recall bowel prep also including a period of time not eating.
Especially since she's nursing twins, she should make sure she has some
extra milk available in the house to supplement in case of need. If at
all possible she should also have someone around all that day to help
her, since dealing with twins *and* bowel prep is a bit too much for any
one person to have to deal with.
