Hi all,
I saw a Mum today in my Private Practice who has a 6 day old baby with
tongue tie (going to get snipped tomorrow). She has some slightly
damaged nipples (grazes) but also says that after feeding or
expressing there is a bubble that has 'clear' fluid in it on her left
nipple. I was not able to see this as Baby didn't feed while I was
there, nor did she express, but the interesting thing is that she said
it was also there from when she was 6 months pregnant.
I am a little stumped as to what this is, can anyone enlighten me?
