I wrote an earlier post about my thoughts on professional photographers taking pictures of babies on the maternity ward. The compromise I came to with the photo service is I will give the 2 photographers an inservice on babies and explain feeding cues, the importance of sts and breastfeeding, and ways they can get done what they need to without interfering with moms and babies--if that is even possible, but that is another story! Anyway, I received several good responses from all of you. I have a question from the person who responded about their photographer and how she gives moms her cell # and she comes back when it is more convenient for mom. What are her hours? Does she leave the hospital and come back if needed? Any other ideas on what I can share with these photographers is much appreciated!

Thanks!
