Not perfect, but a great improvement in the general status quo. This "U. S. breastfeeding empowerment" train is finally really beginning to pick up speed after decades!


Had to apologize/explain today to a client with a nipple pain problem about what she perceived as a local maternity department "pushing" to persuade her to keep on breastfeeding!!
