Thanks everybody for your thoughts.  I have a time to discuss with the mom tomorrow and will review all of the ideas.  But, please, could somebody explain exactly what "block" feeding is.?  It sounds like feeding over a long period of time all at once, but that can't be right, can it?  Not for a baby who is already over fed? No?
Please advise!
