Yes, I'm here! Glad you found the webinar info useful despite the glitches. If the opportunity arises, I'd like to repeat it and re-do a few things.
Hormonal dysfunctions, including thyroid dysfunction, are funny things. For every "rule" there always seems to be an exception. We know the usual expected ranges for good function on many hormones, but there is always someone who did well despite their hormone imbalance. Nature does try hard to make things work! Thankfully we also have a clue that some of these things *can* affect lactation, and the sooner we jump on them, the better.
For anyone looking for more info on thyroid dysfunction, the article I did for LLL's Breastfeeding Abstracts is available on the web at http://www.llli.org/ba/feb06.html. I've learned some more since then but it has most of the info.
