Example of "misfeasance?" The people who published and enforce the IBLCE
CPC are the ones to whom you should direct an inquiry: the IBLCE.
Generally speaking, misfeasance and malfeasance are subsets of intentional
torts: the actor is alleged to have intentionally performed an action, but
did so improperly, or wrongfully. But you'll have to ask IBLCE for an
example.
