Hi all ~
I have a couple of questions for those based in hospitals.
1. Does your hospital offer a phone helpline service that mothers may call
with breastfeeding questions, problems, issues during pregnancy and
lactation? If so, has the hospital's legal department raised any concerns
about sharing info and documenting the interaction in a way that maintains
"patient" privacy/confidentiality?
2. Does anyone use a "ready made" breastfeeding film(s)/video(s) that new
moms can access during their postpartum unit stay via a parent TV channel?
If so, would you mind letting me know (via personal email if more
appropriate) the film you use and why you like it and/or what aspects of it
you're not happy with. We're dealing with an out-of-date product, and
creating an "in house" video isn't cheap plus they often sound so
amateurish.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
