Yes. There is a crew of recent college grades who sit at screens all day and review photos reported as inappropriate. They use fairly independent judgment and remove photos as they wish. FB doesn't search for these pictures. They just review ones that have been reported. There isn't that much thought put into it. FB is pretty open about that.
