I have just heard the same from a mother. The surgeon told her that it
was too late at 1 month, and she had to wait to 6 months and do it by
general anaesthesia.
How is it?
Until what age is frenulotomy performed without anaesthetic and as out
patient?
Is there any risk or worry in babies older than a month?
Thanks for any thought you may have.
I confess that I have missed the recent discussion on frenulotomy, so I
am not sure if this issue has already been addressed.
