Headaches are a common side effect of domperidone, loweringthe dose
generally helps. Most mothers have the opposite gi effects - increased
appetite, increased stools, decreased intestinal transit time.
And yes, it's likely that the children are enjoying the bounty, leaving
less for the pump. Nursing toddlers/preschoolers are usually very good
informants! Check out Karleen Gribble's paper on what kids have to say
about breastfeeding if you've never read it.
