I faithfully put certificates in there as soon as I get home or off line.
It sure makes my life easier when the Boards ask for my CERPs.

Nice, Pat. As a fairly disorganized person ( who somehow manages to get
things done) CERPS are the one area I am organized about. Will share my
strategy:
~dedicated folders ( one for IBCLC, one for PT)
~each CERP document goes in the folder when I walk in the door ( or print
it out online)
~ I write down and keep a running total, with title of the course, and the
amount of CERPS ( and L R or E for IBCLC) on a sheet in the other side of
the folder or stuck to the bottom edge
~ all documents are in reverse order, newest on top, so I can start at the
bottom, write them all down in order, and check against my written list as
I go along on the recert form

This enabled me to get my CERP certification papers done and in the mail
for the earliest, least expensive deadline. I made copies of all documents
before I mailed them and sent it return receipt...:)

Hope that's helpful,
Peace,
Judy
