Seriously consider a second opinion!  I've heard suggestion that antibiotic
use and/or high fevers in the first year have more to do with poor calcium
formation on baby teeth.  Dr. Jon Pensyl is a very strong advocate of
breastfeeding in Ohio (Columbus, I think) and may have sufficient info for
you.  What about someone else here?
