I agree with the previous person who posted that the "mole" could be a supernumerary nipple. It is possible to have a supernumerary nipple right above the nipple and they also frequently look like moles. I would advise she sees someone with experience with supernumerary nipples, such as a breast surgeon. I also would not, personally, want a dermatologist cutting my breast, and would feel more comfortable with a breast surgeon doing that. I see you are in Brooklyn, I went to a breast surgeon in Manhattan (for a consult, no surgery was needed). If you or your client wants a referral, email me privately.
