Hi Nikki,

Who asked you  to remove the photos?  Did you comply?  Can you switch to photos 
where Mom or Dad's eyes are open and they are obviously not asleep (I guess 
baby's eyes will need to be open as well)?

My heart goes out to you as you struggle with these frustrating barriers to 
clearly communicating good information to parents.
