Hi Karleen,

In the Netherlands TNO does surveys and they ask wether the infant is 
breastfed, formula fed or fed a mixture of both. They do pile 
exclusively breastfed with fed breastmilk (pumping & bottle feeding 
breastmilk) into the first group.
