Thank you for your responses. Lactnet is such a wonderful resource because of all of the generous women on it. Thanks again!

To sumarize:
1) Diana West's technique to force blood back to the area of vasospasm. 
2) Dr Newman's handout and supplementation. 
3) primrose oil, fish oil
4) continue to work on the latch.
