Dear all,

Our second, almost 20 year old daughter had her tongue tie snipped the other day.
She now feels she has a speaking disorder withOUT her short frenulum!
She also had two other things done (something in her lower lip cut out and a mowler pulled), so her mouth feels weird.
Her lower lip is swollen, but that will go away the next few days.
Any special tips for her to be aware of, after a frenotomy at this age?
Sweep her finger below to prevent refastening? Anything else?
I will keep you posted with regard to her speaking capacities! :-)

Best regards,

Marianne Vanderveen-Kolkena IBCLC, Netherlands
