I heard from someone that Liz Brooks has a CD-ROM with HIPAA forms for PPLC's.  If anyone can provide me with info on how to obtain this, I would be very grateful.  I am starting a PP business with a fellow future IBCLC, we are just waiting on our results!  Also, anyone that has registered their private practice as an LLC in Texas, I would love to pick your brain.  I have Linda Smith's ABC's book, and it has been helpful.
