There is a good book I recc to all my clients who are suffering from breast lumps and bumps, Breast Health by Susan Weed, you can puchase it on Amazon. Breasts store toxins exceedingly well and in many cases lumpy breasts are from storage of toxins and stagnating lymph and blood circulation in the area. A few suggestions, 1. No under wire bras, 2. Massage the breasts once a day in a circular motion, either while in the shower or applying lotion after showering, and 3. Eating Seaweed, although it must be Organic as seaweed is a highly sprayed crop. I have had much success with clearing painful lumps and breasts in my clients with these techniques.
