I would suggest CST - it has been my experience that babies who have difficulty latching can have neck, shoulder, cranial issues resulting in congestion as well. This is commonly reflected in their posturing (arching or twisting) I believe to improve their breathing ability. My CST therapist has noted the same - after CST therapy- congestion clears up and posturing stops.
A good CST practitioner can do miraculous things - every LC should have one in their back pocket!
