Thanks Ladies! 
Obviously, the way I asked my questions showed no bias against obese women...in fact, quite the opposite. My intent was to determine if there was something I "should" be doing to help with the possibility of delayed lactogenesis. I *think* the answer to those questions were implied in your responses. If I am hearing you correctly...at this point in time, the best thing I can do for overweight breastfeeding women...is to give them the support they need to increase confidence in their ability to nourish their babies! (which is exactly what I try to do for all of my patients!)
