Certainly another referral would be appropriate if no signs of vasospasm or latch issues are evident. If she happens to have an HP who is only open to candida if he/she can see the symptoms and she has no outward markers then perhaps referring her to OTC possibilities will be her only chance of postponing weaning. Dr Jack Newman's site may be her starting point unless you have a sheet of OTC protocols that you already provide?
