Has this doc never experienced life with a nursing baby?  How do you keep
breastmilk *out* of their eyes?  What if they nurse when sleepy and rub it
in themselves?  What if it backs up into the nose/sinuses and out the tear
ducts?  What if they spit up and it gets everywhere?

I'm sorry that I have no real suggestions, but I'm rolling my eyes in
sympathy.

P.S. I think someone posted several months ago something about how to
arrange the alphabet soup after our names, but I can't find it in the
archives.  Can anyone clue me in?
