<We had two gals taking the exam a few years ago - at each one of our
LC meetings we would put in the Breastfeeding Atlas Cd-ROMs and it
seemed each pic we'd say "WHAT is THAT?" And then - what would you do
for it?
We found it to be crazy fun - and collaborative practice is SO
encouraging.>
I agree--find a study partner. It's so fun and encouraging . . . and if you
can't agree on a particular picture or problem, maybe that means there are
several different possibilities. I know our background does make a
difference. I recall looking at a picture of a baby's bare bottom, with a
sore of some kind. What did we see? The person who had a background in
mental health saw a possible cigarette burn and need to refer to child
protective services. The person with a nursing background thought it might
be a herpes sore. YKWIM?
