~~~ I would venture to say that most of us don't either, not with moms or  
anyone other than professionals like people on this list who consider  it a 
shorthand way to say "upright, and {self}paced" rather than baby leaning  
back while someone sticks a bottle  in his/her mouth and lets milk pour  down. 
The OTs I know are only using  external pacing until the child can  
self-pace safely, that is always the goal.  Still, maybe it will be  referred to as 
cue-based, or responsive, from here on in to prevent confusion  with 
Otherpaced bottlefeeding. When helping mothers and others understand,  there's no 
need to name it, just share the info anyway. It might be good to have  
something standardized for sharing with MDs who need the information.
