Drugs sometimes employed to increase milk production are dopamine antagonists (metoclopramide, domperidone, sulpiride). My question is does the herb fenugreek work as a dopamine antagonist, too? Or are there other dopamine antagonists? Hoping someone here might know. (I'm cross applying the info; it's not for milk production, but for a decrease in dopamine)
