Subject: peppermint

If you look up in the Nursing Mother's Guide to Herbals, I forget the
author, peppermint is an anti-galactogue. I had a German mom one time who
drank a quart of peppermint tea a day. Her supply was way down and there was
no other reason...when she stopped it, her supply rebounded. Kathleen Bruce
RN IBCLC listmother, Lactnet.
