Hi Marianne:

Is this mother anemic? Does she have oversupply?

Does the mastitis resolve completely? Your comment "Taking antibiotics or
not doesn't seem to make a lot of difference for her physical healing and
she apparently gets no abscesses" leads me to ask if this "mastitis" goes
away on its own.

Does she need an ultrasound? A biopsy? Inflammatory breast cancer mimics
mastitis.
